Study on Transmitting Channels of the Employment Information for the College Students

摘要 本文采用自制调查问卷,对大学生就业信息传播渠道进行网络调查,证实信息不对称和利用不充分导致大学生结构性就业难,发现信息传播渠道自身特点和人们信息渠道选择偏好加剧大学生就业过程中的信息不对称和利用不充分。因此,为促进大学生的充分就业,大学生应主动接受就业指导,掌握就业信息收集、筛选和利用的方法;高校和用人单位应利用不同媒体,特别是自媒体丰富就业信息发布渠道,加强对大学生的就业指导;政府应利用大数据技术构建全国性一体化就业信息平台。 The internet surveys on transmitting channels of the employment information for the college students using self-made questionnaire shows the reason which can cause structural employment difficulty for college students is asymmetric information and the other is insufficiency of information utilization, and characteristics of communication channels and the preferences of choosing information channels can aggravate asymmetric information and insufficiency of information utilization. Therefore, to promote fullemployment of college's students, students themselves should accept the employment guidance and grasp employment information. College's students also should learn the methods of choosing and using employment information. In the meantime, universities and employment units should use media, especially we-media to broaden employment channels and to strengthen college students' employment guidance. Finally, government should construct a uniform employment information platform by using big data in the country.
