用儒家文化提升高职学生的隐性职业素养 被引量:3

With the Confucian Culture to Enhance the Implicit Occupation Literacy of Higher Vocational Students

摘要 要解决高职生毕业后就业不稳定的问题,必须提高高职生的隐性职业素养。儒家文化中做人做事标准与隐性职业素养的要求相符合,儒家文化进高职院校要结合时代要求,利用本地文化资源,注意生态和谐,与企业文化对接,运用"强化"理论,规范高职学生的职业行为和职业道德标准,实行奖励制度进一步"优化"教育,营造文化环境进行"感化"教育,在企业实践中使学生逐渐"转化",从而适应企业要求,保证高职毕业生就业的稳定性。 To solve the higher vocational students after graduation employment instability problem, must improve the implicit occupation accomplishment for Vocational College students. The person to work standard and occupation Literacy Requirements implicit in the Confucian culture is consistent, Confucian culture in higher vocational colleges should be combined with the requirements of the times, the use of local cultural resources, pay attention to ecological harmony, docking with the enterprise culture, the use of"enhanced"theory, occupation for speciifcation of higher vocational students and occupation moral standard, the implementation of incentive system to further"optimization""inlfuence"of education, education to create a cultural environment, in business practice to make students gradually"transformation", so as to adapt to the requirements of enterprises, to ensure the stability of employment rate.
