Research on the Construction and Management of College and University Students' Entrepreneurial Practical Training Base

在高等教育过渡到大众化阶段,客观上需要大学生转变就业观念,即从工作岗位的竞争者向工作岗位的创造者转变,从而适应创业型经济和知识型经济的转型和升级。而大学生在高校接受专业教育的过程中,较少地接触到系统的创业方面的知识、缺乏培养创业精神和创业技能的平台。本研究拟以大学生创业实训的建设和管理为出发点和落脚点,创新国内创业平台模式,构建符合国情校情的创业教育模式,培养时代需要的创新创业型人才。

In the process of the higher education’s evolving from the elite to the masses, college and university students are required to change their employment outlook. That is to say, college and university students need to change their roles from job competitors to job creators so as to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the entrepreneurial economy and knowledge economy. However, during their professional education in colleges and universities, students are to some extend in short of systematic entrepreneurial knowledge and in lack of platforms that help to develop their pioneering sprite and entrepreneurial skills. This study, initiated and based on the construction and management of college and university students’ entrepreneurial practical training base, innovates a new entrepreneurial platform mode to shape an entrepreneurial education mode which accord with our national situation and university situation and foster more innovative entrepreneurial talents to meet the requirement of our times.
