摘要
一个科学、精干、合理的组织设计及人员配备的高校就业职能部门是大学生就业工作有效开展的基本保障。本研究采取抽样调查、比较分析对全国"985"高校就业组织的建设状况进行统计,进而分析现高校就业组织在建设中存在的问题,并通过组织结构优化设计,集中优化配置,科学、合理使用学校的各种资源,致力于构建一个集服务、管理、指导、教育和研究为一体的高效的就业职能部门。
The functional department of college employment with a scientifi c, lean, reasonable organization design and manning can provide high quality and effi ciency employment service for graduate. The study utilize survey sampling comparative analysis to statistics the condition of all '985' universities, employment functional department to analyse the problem of construction. Get through the organization structure optimization design, focus, optimize confi guration, science, reasonable use of school resources, devoted to build a set of services, management, guidance, education and research as one of the effi cient employment departments.
