新时期高校大学生就业能力构成的研究——以沈阳地区高校为例

本研究以沈阳地区高校为例,通过编制调查问卷,采用调查与分析相结合的方式,最终构建由创新新能力、实践能力、专业能力等十个方面构成的大学生就业能力结构模型。研究大学生就业能力的构成,可以为政府相关部门制定就业政策、提供就业服务等提供基础依据,并为高校改革教育理念以及人才培养模式提供一定的建议,也为下一步提升大学生的就业能力奠定一个良好的基础。

In The research of universities in Shenyang as an example, through the questionnaire survey and analysis, using the way of combining, the fi nal construction of College Students' employment ability structure model consists of ten aspects: Innovation of new capacity, practical ability, professional ability etc.. Research on the constitution of College Students' employment ability, can be for the relevant government departments to make the employment policy, provide employment services provide the basis, and provide some suggestions for the reform of higher education idea and the mode of talent training, also set a good foundation for the promotion of College Students' employment ability to lay the next step.
