外语类研究生就业特点研究——基于F大学外文学院研究生为样本的调研

Characteristics of Foreign Graduate Employments- Research on a Sample of F University Foreign Language College Graduates

随着高校研究生招生规模扩大,语言类研究生也开始面临"就业困惑"。本课题以F大学外文学院2012届——2014届毕业研究生及目前在校研究生为样本,通过问卷调研和结构化访谈方式,以点及面,把语言类研究生的就业期望与实际就业情况之间进行对比,明确其在当今社会环境下所应具备的专业素质技能和个人能力素养,并进一步阐释了辅导员在求职引导活动中的定位。

With the expansion of enrollment college graduate, postgraduate language classes have begun to face 'Employment Confused.' The issue of F University foreign graduate students of 2012--2014 session and the current sample of graduate students, through a questionnaire survey and structured interviews way to point the language classes between graduate employment expectations and actual employment situation, clearly in today's social environment which should have professional quality literacy skills and personal abilities, and further illustrates the positioning of counselors in the job searching.
