摘要
本文拟借助生态学中生态系统各要素间的互动关系探讨高校创新创业人才生态系统的运作机制。本文认为,高校、教育客体、教育载体和教育环体分别扮演生产者、消费者、分解者和无机环境的角色。通过对比中美高校创新创业人才教育生态系统的运作情况,本文为我国构建相应生态系统提出促进各要素自我功能的充分发展及要素间的良性互动、积极推动创业教育体系中各要素的创新发展和加强加快内外动力的沟通,争取生态系统的协同驱动的建议。
This paper focuses on the discussion of operational mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurial talents ecosystem with taking interactive elements within the ecosystem in ecology into account. In this respect, the universities(colleges), educational objects, educational carrier and educational environment play the role of producer, consumer, decomposer and inorganic environment respectively. In comparison with corresponding ecosystem in America and China, this paper provides three suggestion for the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurial talents ecosystem in China, namely, fully developing the functions of each element and improving the interaction between concerned elements in the ecosystem, actively enhancing the innovative development of each element within the ecosystem and strengthening and accelerating the interaction between within and without driving forces.
