基于企业视角的高校就业指导课程建设对策

Measures to the Construction of Career Guidance Course Based on the Perspective of Enterprise

本文首先研究目前高校就业指导课在课程内容、指导方式、指导案例等方面存在的问题,接着论述企业期望高校就业指导课老师指导大学生知晓就业流程、应聘单位状况、就业信息、就业单位需求、就业法律法规等,最后基于企业的视角对就业指导课在教学模式、教师培训体系、课程教学内容和方法、课程案例库的建设等方面提出相应的对策,以为促进大学生充分就业。

This paper fi rstly studies the existing problems of the employment guidance in guiding content,guiding ways, guiding cases and so on. Then it discusses the enterprises expect the teachers in universities to guide student to know the employment process, the condition of enterprises, the need of the employers, the employment information and the employment laws and regulations. Finally it puts forward the corresponding measures from the perspective of the enterprises in the teaching mode, teacher training, curriculum system, teaching contents and methods, the construction of guiding cases and so on in order to make a little contribution to promote the full employment of college students.
