The Relations between College Students' Professional Social Practice and Employment

本文利用调查数据来分析专业社会实践对大学生就业的影响,发现专业社会实践能有效提高大学生的就业效率。此外,本文指出当前大学生专业社会实践中存在的问题及其原因,并结合实际提出可行的解决方案,如提高大学生参与社会实践积极性,加强对社会实践的考评,扩大指导老师队伍,以及建立数据交流平台等。

In this paper, some statistical methods are used to analyze the effect of professional social practice on college student employment, found that professional social practice can effectively improve the efficiency of the employment. According to the conclusion, the problem which exists in the professional social practice and the causes of it are analyzed, feasible solutions combining with the reality are put forward as well. Such as to improve college students' enthusiasm in social practice, strengthen the assessment of social practice, school expand the instructor team, establish a data exchange platform, etc.
