本文针对中国当代外交人才就业过程中所面临的基本素质要求,系统研究外交素质的相关学术成果,全面梳理外交官的遴选流程与外交素质的拓展安排,深入分析中国当代外交人才的基本素质构成,分别构建外交素质序列与外交素质模型,并对其中的各项基本素质指标进行较为详细的分析与解读,分别从学生、高校和外交部三方面提出外交素质培养的建议。

This paper studies academic works on the diplomatic qualities with a focus on the employment of contemporary China's diplomatic personnel, clarifi es the selection process of diplomats and training arrangements of diplomatic personnel and makes in-depth analysis on the basic required qualities of China's contemporary diplomatic personnel. The paper builds the sequence of the qualities of diplomatic personnel and the model of the qualities of diplomatic personnel respectively, and analyzes the indicators of the basic qualities in detail, providing training suggestions to students, universities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
