摘要
本研究通过对中国传媒大学2012至2014届本科毕业生就业意向进行问卷调查与分析,总结传媒类专业大学生在职业取向方面表现出的行业倾向明显、注重行业发展与自我实现等特点,及其心态积极、注重实习实践等就业心理状态。结合社会环境及行业发展,从社会、高校、个人三个层面探讨影响传媒类专业大学生职业取向与就业心理的因素,并提出完善政策、营造舆论、重视培养、加强宣传等调整对策和建议。
By doing and analyzing the research on the employment intention of graduates(2012-2014) of Communication University of China, we summarized the factors of their career orientation such as the obviously tendency on certain fi eld, and the employment psychology including the positive attitude and so on. Combining with the social environment and industry development, this paper discusses the factors affecting the career orientation and employment psychology of media major college students on three aspects(society, colleges and universities, personal), then put forward some strategies and suggestions on these.
