The Research of Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education in the Process of Employment Guidance for University Students

本文旨在针对当前高校中大学生就业指导教育与思想政治教育相互独立、教育资源浪费等问题进行剖析。本文首先分析当前高校就业指导教育存在的问题及原因和思想政治教育的现状,并阐明两种教育内容的内在联系。本文认为,通过交叉融合教育的方式可加强和改进当前大学生就业指导和思想政治教育的教育效果,并对实施这种教育理念的具体方法进行探讨。

This article analyzes the question in view of the current college students' employment guidance education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities are independent of each other, the phenomenon such as waste of education resources. This paper analyses the current employment guidance education of colleges and universities and the present situation of ideological and political education. Then the article illustrates the inner link of two kinds of education content. At the same time points out that the problems and reasons existing in the current employment guidance education. Article then puts forward to strengthen and improve the current by means of cross fusion education college students' employment guidance and the education of ideological and political education effect. Finally the article discusses the specifi c methods for implementing the education ideas.
