大学生创业行动力现状及提升策略

College Students' Entrepreneurial Action Status Quo and Countermeasures

本文通过调查研究,发现当前大学生创业行动力方面存在四个突出问题:创业意愿强但创业行动力弱、行动力结构性别差异大、创业动机多元且务实、创业综合能力不强。针对此问题,本文提出提升大学生创业行动力的有效对策:完善创业服务体系、创新创业教育方法和内容、优化创业动机、加强创业实践锻炼等。

To improve college students' entrepreneurial action is fi t for the requirement of the 'Public entrepreurship, Peoples innovation'. Through the investigation and study, we found there are four main problems about college students' entrepreneurial action,namely,the overall entrepreneurial intention is strong but entrepreneurial action is weak; the structure of the male and female students' entrepreneurial action is different; the entrepreneurial motivation is diverse and pragmatic; the entrepreneurship practice is inadequate preparation.Therefore,the article will from four aspects to think how to improve the college students' entrepreneurial action, that is to say, we should improve the entrepreneurial service system; innovate the entrepreneurial education' method and content; optimize the entrepreneurial motivation and we should reinforce the entrepreneurship' training.
