The Operation and Management of the Campus Practice Base with Employment Oriented Practice

目前高校普遍未完全形成以市场需求为导向的人才培养机制,使得大学生实践经验相对缺乏,以致大学生就业形势更加严峻。本文提出以就业为导向的校外实习基地建设能够解决当前大学生实践经验缺乏的问题,并从正确认识各方面关系、构建工作体系、调动用人单位积极性、建立保障机制等方面对加强校外实习基地建设提出建议。

At present, the employment situation of college students is grim, and the university is not completely formed in order to market demand for the training mechanism, which makes the practical experience of college students is relatively lack of. Is proposed in this paper to the employment oriented extracurricular practice base construction to solve the problem of the college students lack of practical experience, and from the correct understanding of the relationship, construct the system, mobilize units enthusiasm, the establishment of guarantee mechanism, on how to strengthen the extracurricular practice base construction are proposed.
