摘要
本文基于我国4所高校大学毕业生的调查发现,高校团委在大学生就业工作方面具有政治优势、组织优势和资源优势。目前高校团委的大学生就业工作体系已见雏形,但大学生的参与率差异较大,且大多数活动的效果显著率较低,还有待于改进。本文认为高校应重视并加强和完善团委的大学生就业工作;而大学生则应积极参与高校团委的各种活动,以提高就业能力,并充分利用团委提供的各种就业资源,争取顺利就业。
Based on the survey of graduates from 4 universities in China shows that Youth League Communist of universities have the advantages in organization, resource and politics; graduates' employment system of Youth League Committee has been formed, but has the obvious stratifi cation, the specifi c performance is that the participation rate is different and the signifi cant rate of most activities is lower, and need to be improved. Universities should attach importance to and strengthen and improve graduates' employment work of Youth League Communist; college students should actively participate in various activities of Youth League Communist, in order to improve employability, and make full use of various employment resources provided by Youth League, then strive for the successful employment.
