免费师范生创业教育是面向全体免费师范生,以敬业精神培育为先导,以创新能力培养为核心,以学科知识、教师技能教育为基础,运用师德教育、师资教育和实践教育等方法,提高免费师范生创业综合素质的教师岗位创业教育实践活动;在性质、目标、内容和队伍方面具有岗位定向性、政策导向性、二次开发性和潜在丰富性;对推动国家教育发展战略的深入实施,推动师范院校内涵式发展,提高大学生创业教育的科学化水平和促进免费师范生的全面发展有重要意义。

The entrepreneurial education of free normal college student is established for all the free normal college students. With the nurture of the dedication spirit as the fi rst guide, development of innovation ability as the core, and the education of subject knowledge and teaching skills as basis, it has developed into a kind of practical activity that aims at improving the comprehensive quality of the free normal students while their entrepreneurs are just starting out in a method of the educating teachers' ethics and resource as well as practice. Also, it helps teachers start their own entrepreneurship. In the aspect of character, purpose, content and squad, the education of free normal students is of properties of directionality, political orientation, secondary development and potential abundance. It has played a signifi cant role in deeply carrying out the strategy of promoting the domestic education and development of equality of normal university. Last but not least, it's also meaningful in scientization of the entrepreneurship education of college students and putting spurs to the full development of normal students.
