摘要
本文试图将企业绩效考评的理念、方法、技术引入高校就业工作绩效考评、评优评先等管理实践中,构建基于目标管理为导向,平衡计分卡为框架,关键绩效指标为支撑的MBK高校就业工作绩效考评模式。本文认为,战略原则、导向原则及系统性和重点性结合原则是构建MBK高校就业工作绩效考评体系应遵循的三大原则,在此基础上取代传统的绩效考评模式,使高校就业工作获得更高绩效。
This paper attempts to introduce enterprise performance evaluation concept, methods and technology to the university employment work performance appraisal and management practice. We try to construct the MBK university employment work performance evaluation model,which based on the goal management as the guidance, the Balanced Scorecard as the framework, key performance indicators for the support.Building on the MBKMBK university employment work performance evaluation system should follow the three principles: strategic principles, guiding principles and combination of systemic and critical principles. On this account we can replace the traditional performance evaluation model and make the employment work for higher performance.
