摘要
本文在分析高校大学生职业规划与就业指导课教学现状的基础之上,从定义、理论来源和特点等方面详细地阐述体验式教学模式,探讨体验式教学模式在《大学生职业规划与就业指导》课程中如何进行应用,同时指出在本门课程中把体验式教学模式引入应该注意问题及今后努力的方向,为大学生职业规划与就业指导课的教学工作者提供一定的参考与借鉴意义,以进一步提高大学生的就业能力。
