大学生创业行为影响因素研究

The Empirical Study on the Influence factors of the Entrepreneurial Behavioral for Those Who Take Part in Entrepreneurial activities

文章以南京中医药大学创业园参与创业实践的大学生作为调查对象,研究发现:参与创业园实践的大学创业人格特征突出,创业动机多元化、创业想法积极。进一步通过分析影响大学生创业行为的相关因素,在实证上建立从创业意识到创业行为的理论模型。该模型认为创业行为受到创业兴趣、创业实践、创业支持的综合影响,并且创业实践与创业行为存在着显著的线性相关性,可以用创业实践来预测创业行为。

This paper investigates students those who take part in the entrepreneurial practice in the college, revealing that the attitude for entrepreneurship: They have obvious entrepreneurial personality, the motivation of entrepreneurial practice is diversified, and they have positive view upon founding their own entrepreneurial company. Furthermore, the influence factors for entrepreneurial behavioral are analyzed. The theory model is established from entrepreneurial awareness to behavioral through empirical research: entrepreneurial behavioral are affected by the entrepreneurial interesting, entrepreneurial practice and entrepreneurial support system. Moreover, there is obviously linear relativity between entrepreneurial practice and entrepreneurial behavioral which can predicted entrepreneurial behavioral.
