摘要
本文从工作结构的角度,对高校就业指导存在工作内容和工作人员单一及其匹配不当等制约高校就业指导工作顺利开展的问题进行探讨。首先从理论上厘清高校就业指导工作结构的基本要素及其之间的合理匹配要求。然后提出从实践上建立良好的就业指导工作结构的两条措施:一要按照内容——人员结构匹配要求建立相对稳定的就业指导人员队伍,二要按照人员——内容结构匹配要求提升就业指导队伍的专业化水平。
From the perspective of working structure, we discuss about some problems in university employment guidance work limit the development of it. which are, for example, the contents and staffs are too simple and in an inappropriate match. First, for developing the university employment guidance work, it is urgent to fi nd an appropriate match theoretically between the basic elements of the university employment guidance work structure and their demands. Then, it takes two methods to establish a well working structure of employment guidance, one of them is to build a relatively stable employment guidance team, the other one is to enhance the professional level of employment guidance team base on the matching demands of content-staff structure.
