独立学院大学生就业能力及其开发——基于皖北A独立学院的调查数据

The Employability of Independent Colleges and Its Improving Approaches——Based on the Survey from College Undergraduates

摘要 本文借助USEM模型,用对应的能力结构要素来构建独立学院大学生就业能力框架。同时,本文用来自皖北A学院毕业生和30家常年来校招聘的就业单位的调查数据分析发现:三方调查对象普遍认为独立学院大学生在分析和解决问题的能力、沟通能力、实践操作能力和扎实的专业基础最为重要;学习能力、专业基础知识、分析和解决问题的能力最为欠缺。最后,文章针对独立学院学生就业能力状况提出建议,以提升独立学院大学生就业能力。 Employing the USEM model of Employ-ability training, the paper builds the corresponding Employ-ability Elements, and therefore constructs the whole frame. The questionnaires are conducted on 650 new graduates, 100 previous graduates and 30 employing organizations. By analysis, we can fi nd that the abilities of learning, specialty basic knowledge and analyzing and solving problems are the biggest defi ciencies for the Independent college students; the practical operating ability and communicating ability are the second biggest. The three sides all hold that the abilities of analyzing and solving problems, communicating ability and practical operating ability are the most important. According to the survey and its analysis, the Independent Colleges should innovate its teaching system, strengthen practical teaching, enhance interactive mechanism between colleges and enterprises, strengthen employment guidance and optimize the institutional building so as to improve the Employ-ability of the Independent College's graduates.
