Analysis of Occupational Adaptability of Korean Professional Talents in China Universities

本文通过对韩国语专业本科毕业生进行有关职业适应性的走访调查后制成问卷,并通过网络随机对分布于国内26个省及韩国就业的350名韩国语专业本科毕业生进行问卷调查,以分析结果为依据对如何提高韩国语本科人才的职业适应性提出相应对策。

In this paper, through visiting and investigating occupational adaptability of the Korean professional graduates to make a questionnaire and doing a network random survey on 258 Korean major graduates distributed in 26 domestic provinces and working in South Korea,based on the analysis results, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the occupational adaptability of Korean undergraduate talents.
