“双一流”建设高校学生就业指导中心的转型升级

Transformation and Upgrading of Students' Career Development Centers in “Double First-Class” University Project

为国家培养和输送一流人才是"双一流"建设高校的使命,高校人才培养链条与学生成长发展路径具有明显的对应关系,就业工作在人才培养体系中具有独特的坐标和重要的地位。在"双一流"建设背景下,高校学生就业指导中心对人才培养有四方面的重大价值:一是作为人才培养的出口通道,二是生涯教育和就业指导构成人才培养的重要内容,三是作为教育教学改革的重要参考,四是作为链接外部资源的桥梁纽带。面对高等教育改革发展的新形势、新任务,高校就业指导中心的转型升级要从四个方面着眼:一是服务国家发展战略,二是加强就业调研反馈,三是升级职业发展指导,四是构建外部支持体系。

Training and delivering first-class talents for our country is the top mission of universities and colleges in the country’s construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.There is a clear corresponding relationship between the chain of talent cultivation and the path of students’growth and development.Employment work has a unique coordinate and a significantly important position in the talent cultivation system.Under the background of'Double First-Class'construction,the great values of students’career development centers to talent cultivation performance in the following four key points:firstly,undertaking the export channel of talent cultivation;secondly,constituting an important content of talent cultivation;thirdly,serving as an important reference for education and teaching reform;fourthly,linking the bridge of external resources.In light of new conditions and new task of higher education’s reform and development,the transformation and upgrading of career development centers in colleges and universities should focus on the following four aspects:first,serving the strategic needs of the country;second,strengthening the feedback of employment research;third,upgrading career education and employment guidance;and fourth,building an external support system.
