高校美术专业本科生就业工作难点与破解路径——以S校为例

Difficulties in Employment and Solutions for Undergraduates Majoring in Fine Arts——Take S University As an Example

综合近三年S校美术专业本科毕业生就业数据,从协议就业、灵活就业、自主创业、升学深造四个维度考察美术专业本科生就业工作现状。运用SWOT分析法,从自身优势、自身劣势、外部机遇和外部挑战四个方面,分析了高校美术专业本科生就业工作的难点。破解美术专业本科生就业工作难点,一是要优化本科课程设置,促使就业与教学紧密结合,二是要坚持"以生为本",三是要做好毕业生的思想引领工作,四是要拓展第二课堂以提升学生综合素质。

Based on the employment information of undergraduates majoring in fine arts of S university in the past three years,this paper investigates the employment status of undergraduates majoring in fine arts from four dimensions:agreement employment,flexible employment,self-employed and further study.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the difficulties from four aspects:their own advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and external challenges.To solve the difficulties in the employment of undergraduates majoring in fine arts,the first is to optimize the undergraduate course setting and promote the close combination of employment and teaching;the second is to adhere to the principle of'students-oriented';the third is to do a good job in the ideological guidance of graduates;the fourth is to expand the second class to improve the comprehensive qualities of graduates.
