摘要
校园环境和职场环境的反差容易导致心理失衡,大学生新员工需要完成从校园到职场的转换。本文以九江学院部分应届毕业生为研究对象,阐述大学生新员工心理失衡的具体表现:预期目标难以实现;容易焦虑不安;困难面前畏缩不前;缺乏独立工作能力以及才能发挥受限等五种情况。从企业、个人及学校三个视角探讨心理失衡产生的原因,并针对性地提出应对策略,以帮助大学生新员工调整工作心态,更好地适应职场环境,同时也对企业建立和谐的工作氛围和实现战略目标有着积极意义。
The new employee of graduates need to complete the transition from the campus to the workplace.The contrast between the campus environment and the workplace environment can easily lead to psychological imbalance.This paper takes some fresh graduates of Jiujiang University as the research object to understand the psychological imbalance of the new employee of graduates,including five situations:Prone to anxiety;Balk at difficulties;Lack of ability to work independently and limited ability to perform.It also discusses the causes of psychological imbalance from the perspectives of enterprises,individuals and schools,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to help new employee of graduates adjust their work mentality and better adapt to the workplace environment.Meanwhile,it is of positive significance for enterprises to establish a harmonious working atmosphere and achieve strategic goals.
