摘要
通过明确英语专业本科生就业力要素,自主设计量表对C大学英语专业本科生进行调查,结果显示大一年级对专业知识技能缺乏自信,大二年级职业性能力提升最少,大三年级就业力未得到提升,大四年级职业规划不够清晰。针对不同年级就业力特点,应多渠道进行专业思想教育,提升大一学生专业自信;提升通识教育比重,扎实大二学生职业发展基础;推进校企合作,丰富大三学生实习经历;精细化就业指导,培养大四学生发展性就业观念。
Through clarifying the employability factors of undergraduates in English majors,a scale was designed to investigate the employability of English-major undergraduates in C university.The results show that freshmen lack of confidence in professional knowledge and skills;the improvement of the employability of sophomores is least;the employability of junior students has hardly improved;the career planning of senior students is not clear enough.According to the characteristics of students’employability in different grades,for freshmen,professional ideological education should be promoted from multiple channels,confidence in professional knowledge and skills should be improved;for sophomores,the proportion of general education should be increased to consolidate the career development foundation;for junior students,university-enterprise cooperation should be promoted to enrich students’internship experience;for senior students,elaborate vocational guidance should be offered to cultivate the concept of developmental employment.
