摘要
真实掌握毕业生就业状况最有效的措施就是搭建科学、合理、全面系统的就业状况监测平台,也是对高校学科建设、专业人才培养进行准确、有效预警的先决条件。本文结合建筑类学校的办学特色、发展定位和人才培养目标,从监测指标的有效性、可操作性等角度进行分析,就如何搭建就业监测指标体系进行阐述,并通过案例验证其可行性。
The most effective measure to master the employment status of graduates is to build a scientific,reasonable and comprehensive and systematic employment monitoring platform,which is also a prerequisite for accurate and effective early warning of discipline construction and professional talent training in colleges and universities.Based on the characteristics of architectural schools,their development orientation and talent training objectives,this paper analyzes the effectiveness and operability of monitoring indicators from the perspective of how to build an employment monitoring indicator system,and verifies its feasibility through cases.
