新时代大学生正处于学涯、职业生涯发展的探索、建立阶段,其职业选择及发展受其就业观影响,而就业观的形成与其对劳动的理解、对劳动的认同等劳动价值观紧密联系。2018年全国教育大会上,习总书记倡导要在学生中弘扬劳动精神,教育引导学生尊重劳动、崇尚劳动。劳动精神是职业选择的思想基础,劳模精神是职业发展的思想引领,工匠精神是职业追求的精神信仰,通过弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神,促使新时代大学生更好地将其与创新创造相融合,使其合理选择职业、充分就业、高质量就业,从而不断全面发展,实现自己的职业理想和人生价值。

In the new era,university students are in the stage of exploring and establishing of learning and career development.Their choice and promotion of career is influenced by the employment ideology,which forming closely by their understand and identification of labor value.In the National Congress of Education in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized to‘promote the spirit of labor among students,educate and guide students to advocate and respect labor.’The spirit of labor is the basis thought of occupational choice.The spirit of Model Workers is the leading thought of occupational development.The workmanship spirit is the spirituality of occupational aspiration.By promoting the spirit of Model Workers,the spirit of labor and the workmanship spirit,combining them with innovating and creative,could help university student reasonable,adequate and high grade to choose their career.Consequently,they will promote students achieve their self-improvement,their professional ideal and life value.
