高校贫困生就业创业帮扶的“并发症”与治愈对策

The Complication and Cure Countermeasure of Employment and Entrepreneurship Help for Poor College Students

贫困生就业是一项民生工程,它关系学生的前途命运,关系到高校的长远发展、也影响着社会的和谐与稳定。随着高等教育制度改革的不断深入,我国高等教育逐渐进入大众化时代,贫困生的数量在增加,贫困生的职业成长发展,引起社会各界的广泛关注。近几年,党和政府逐年加大对贫困生的帮扶力度,各省市高校积极配合相关工作,但帮扶力度的增长远远落后于贫困生增加的力度,在具体帮扶的落实过程中,更是产生了一系列"并发症",本文试通过十余年的高校服务经验及相关调研,结合高校贫困生就业创业帮扶现状及原因,提出相应的建议与对策,以期能提升贫困生就业创业帮扶政策的效力。

Employment of impoverished students is a livelihood project.It is related to the future and destiny of students.It is related to the long-term development of colleges and universities and the harmony and stability of society.With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education system,China’s higher education has gradually entered the era of popularization.The number of impoverished students has increased sharply,and the growth and development of poor students has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.In recent years,the party and the government have stepped up efforts to help poor students every year.Colleges and universities in various provinces and cities have actively cooperated with relevant work,but the growth of assistance has lagged far behind the increase in poverty-stricken students.It has produced a series of'complications'.This paper tries to improve the poor students by combining the service experience and related research of colleges and universities for more than ten years,combining the status quo and reasons for the employment and entrepreneurship of poor students in colleges and universities.The effectiveness of the employment and entrepreneurship support policy.
