大学生赴基层就业,既符合国家的战略导向,适应人才资源合理配置的需要,也是学生个体实现人生价值的重要途径之一。高校在引导大学生赴基层就业的过程中大有可为、应有所为,在响应教育部"精准化"号召的基础上,尝试建构相应的引导模式并积极推行,将有助于改善大学生基层就业中的一些固有问题与困境,推动更多具有正确价值观、清晰生涯规划、多元职业能力的大学生奔赴基层施展才华,从而实现基层发展与大学生个人成长的双向良性循环。

College students’employment at the grassroots level is not only in line with the country’s strategic orientation,but also meets the needs of rational allocation of human resources.It is also one of the important ways for individual students to realize their values.In the process of guiding college students to the grassroots employment,colleges have much to do and should do something.On the basis of responding to the'precision'call of the Ministry of Education,trying to construct a corresponding guiding mode and actively promoting it will help improve the grassroots employment of college students.Some inherent problems and dilemmas drive more students with correct values,clear career planning,and diverse professional abilities to go to the grassroots to display their talents,thus achieving a twoway virtuous circle of grassroots development and personal growth of college students.
