摘要
90后大学生的职业价值取向有其自身的特点,通过中国综合社会调查(CGSS)权威调查的数据信息筛选出90后大学生样本数据,分析其职业价值观的选择特点,并从职业价值获得感、社会公平感、生活幸福感三个指标着手分析大学生职业价值选择的影响因素。在实证分析的基础上,提出在课程教育中融入大学生职业价值取向的引导,在实践实习中深化大学生岗位体验的获得感,在校友工作中助力大学生职业认知的幸福感,在思政工作中重视大学生日常教育的公平感。
The vocational value of the post-90 s college students has its own characteristics.According to the authoritative data from the CGSS,the paper will filter the sample data from the post-90 college students and analyze the selection features of their occupational value.Besides,the paper is about to analyze the influencing factors on the basis of vocational value,social equity and life happiness.On account of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward that adding ideological content into guidance of the vocational value of college students,improving the senses of gaining in intership and practice,increasing the happiness of occupational understanding in university alumni work and maximizing the equity of the daily educational life in ideological work.
