Analysis on Problems and Solutions of College Students’ Employment Views under New Economy Normal

经济新常态下,大学生就业环境发生变化,呈现出新的挑战与机遇,大学生需要及时转变就业观念。文章通过调查研究方法,分析新常态下大学生就业观的特点及其在就业规划、就业地域、就业单位、择业考虑、自主创业等就业观上存在的问题,提出教育与引导大学生树立正确就业观的对策。

Under economy’s new normal,college students’employment environment has changed a lot.New challenges and chances need college students to change their employment views.With survey research method,this thesis analyzed the features of college students’employment views under the new normal,then discussed the problems of their employment views from the perspective of employment planning,region,corporation,career considerations,and selfemployment,and at last put forward solutions to educate and instruct college students to establish correct employment views.
