媒介融合视域下高校出版专业就业现状与人才培养研究——以北京印刷学院为例

Research on the Employment Status and Talent Cultivation of University Publishing Majors from the Perspective of Media Integration——Taking Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication as an Example

目前,我国对出版人才的培养已经形成包括大专、本科、专业硕士在内的普通教育培养体系,出版传媒类高校成为出版人才培养的主体之一。本论文以出版传媒类高校的代表北京印刷学院为例进行探究,研究其出版专业就业现状并从中分析其存在的问题,对出版人才的建设具有一定意义。

At present,the training of publishing talents has formed a general education training system including junior college,undergraduate and professional masters.Publishing media colleges have become one of the main subjects of publishing talents training.This paper is taking Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication as an example.Then studying the status of employment in the publishing profession and analyze its problems,which has certain significance for the construction of publishing talents.
