教育部出台关于职业发展与创新创业教育的文件,高校学生职业发展与创新创业教育被国家作为一项重要任务来抓。面对新时期日趋严峻的就业形势,高校应该转换思考视角,追根溯源,针对目前高校存在领导重视程度不够,教育教学方式单一、课程设置不够科学系统,师资力量薄弱等问题做现状分析,努力将工作精力用于对内部工作深入挖掘、夯实基础,积极构建全程化学生职业发展与创新创业教育体系,即将就业创业的思想引领、技能培养和支持服务贯穿学生成长成才全过程,从而提高教育教学效果,助力大学生未来职业发展和人生规划。

The Ministry of Education issued guidance requirements on vocational development and innovative entrepreneurship education,which indicates that the state places it in an important position.Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation in the new era,colleges and universities should change their thinking perspectives and trace back to the root causes.In view of the existing problems in Colleges and universities,such as insufficient leadership,single mode of education and teaching,inadequate scientific and systematic curriculum setting,and weak faculty,they should make an analysis of the current situation,and strive to devote themselves to digging deeply into the internal work,consolidating the foundation and actively constructing the whole process of chemical students.Vocational development and innovative entrepreneurship education system will guide students to develop their career ideas,cultivate their ability,and provide support throughout the whole process of students development,and then improve the teaching effects and help students to develop and plan their lives in the future.
