高校出版人才培养模式创新下的学生就业探索——以北京印刷学院为例

受移动互联网、媒介融合技术快速发展的影响,我国出版产业对复合型应用人才的需求日益增大。面对传统出版的转型升级与数字出版的飞速前进,加快培养出版应用型人才以迎合当前出版就业趋势,是现阶段摆在各个高校面前的一道必答题。高校人才培养模式理应随着行业的整体发展变化不断优化创新,人才培养模式的方向与路径亦对学生的就业产生影响。

Due to the rapid development of mobile Internet and media convergence technology,the demand for composite application talents in China’s publishing industry is increasing.Faced with the rapid transformation of traditional publishing and the rapid advancement of digital publishing,accelerating the cultivation of publishing application talents to cater to the current publishing employment trend is a must-answer in front of various universities.The talent training mode of colleges and universities should be optimized and innovated with the overall development of the industry.The direction and path of the talent training model also have a subtle influence on the employment of students.
