The Relationship between College Students’ Belief in Just World and Employment Pressure

探讨大学生公正世界信念与就业压力的状况及相关性。采用《大学生公正世界信念量表》和《大学生就业压力测量问卷》,对湖南省六所高校785名大学生进行抽样调查。结果发现:大学生公正世界信念处于较高水平;大学生就业压力感受强度处于适中水平;大学生公正世界信念与就业压力呈显著性的负相关。

This paper explores the relationship between College Students’belief in a just world and employment pressure.A sample survey of 785 college students in six universities in Hunan Province was conducted by using the College Students’Belief in a just World Scale and the College Students’Employment Stress Measurement Questionnaire.The results show that:college students’belief in a just world is at a high level;college students’employment pressure is at a moderate level;college students’belief in a just world is negatively correlated with employment pressure.Belief in just world is an important factor for college students’employment stress management and mental health education.
