高校“双困生”择业现状调查及对策研究——基于M大学的实证调研

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Current Situation of Career Choice of "Double Poor Students" in High School——A Empirical Research Based on M University

就业问题作为民生之本,受到广泛关注。'双困生'择业问题事关学生、高校、社会的利益和发展。通过对M大学2013-2018届438名'双困生'进行一对一结构式访谈,从择业认知、择业情绪、择业行动3个方面呈现'双困生'的择业现状,发现'双困生'存在就业资源匮乏、求职技能薄弱、综合素质不足3个弱势,提出拓宽'扁平式'择业信息渠道,盘活'四维式'择业心理资本,强化'浸入式'择业能力培养,加强'造血式'择业帮扶措施4个对策建议。

Employment,as the foundation of people’s livelihood,has attracted wide attention.The career choice of'double poor students'concerns the interests and development of students,universities and society.Through a one-to-one structured interview with 438'double-poor students'in M University from 2013 to 2018,the research presented the current situation of'double-poor students'in three aspects:career-choosing cognition,career-choosing emotion and career-choosing action.It found that there were three weaknesses in'double-poor students',namely,lack of employment resources,weak jobhunting skills and insufficient comprehensive quality.Four countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to wide'flat'career information channel,activate the'four-dimensional'psychological capital,enhance the'immersion'ability training and strengthen the'hematopoietic'career selection assistance measures.
