职业生涯视角下地方高校贫困大学生就业能力提升的路径研究——以陕西南部本科高校为例

The Method Research of Improving the Employability of Impoverished College Students in Local Colleges and Universities in the View Point of Professional Life——Take the University in Southern Shanxi as an Example

本研究聚焦精准扶贫战略下的教育扶贫领域,以贫困大学生就业能力提升为目标,以贫困大学生职业生涯规划与就业能力影响关系研究为切入点。选取陕西秦巴山区三个地方高校贫困大学生和非贫困大学生进行调查,运用《大学生就业能力量表》和《大学生职业生涯规划量表》进行调查。结果显示:贫困大学生就业能力与职业生涯规划均显著低于非贫困大学生;贫困大学生的就业能力与职业生涯均处于中等偏下水平,仅职业道德处于中等偏上水平;贫困大学生职业生涯规划与就业能力呈现显著的正相关关系;职业生涯规划可以带来就业能力的变化,两者间存在线性回归关系。

This research mainly focuses on the field of poverty programme in education within the targeted poverty alleviation strategy.It aims at improving the employability of impoverished college students.The research chose the relationship between professional life planning and employability of impoverished college students as the entry point,picked the impoverished and non-impoverished college students of three local univerisities in Qinba mountain area in Shaanxi,and applied'The Scale of College Students’Employability'and'The Scale of College Students’Career Planning'.The final result shows that the employability and professional life planning of impoverished college students are both lower than those of non-impoverished students’,that the employability and professional life planning of impoverished students are below the medium level and only the professional ethics of them is above the medium level,that employability and professional life planning of impoverished students present a positive relationship;that the professional life planning can be used to explain up to 51.9%of the changes in the employability,because of the linear regression relationship between the two.
