改革开放以来,伴随我国社会经济高速发展,创新创业已然成为推动社会经济发展的核心力量。创新是社会经济发展的催化剂,对创新创业活动而言,人才创新创业能力的具备是活动有序开展的前置条件,是推动个人职业发展的重要力量,人才输送是保障活动持续开展的动力来源。在高等教育大众化的今天,大学作为创新型人才输送的重要平台,大学生创新创业能力培育一度成为社会热门话题,大学生职业发展规划培育备受社会关注。社会经济发展趋势为高校学生工作提出新思考,如何开展大学生创新创业能力培育,如何进行学生职业发展规划是目前高校学生工作的重心。
