高等卫生职业院校创新创业型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Health Vocational Colleges

高校毕业生是整个社会中充满活力、富于创造性的群体,是国家宝贵的人才资源,是未来一二十年乃至更长时间全面建设小康社会的生力军。但随着高校毕业生数量的逐年增加,高校毕业生面临着巨大的就业压力和就业挑战,越来越多的大学生步入自主创业的行列。为此,加强高校的创新创业教育,创新教育教学理念,深度融合专业教育,突出专业特色,加强创新创业实践环节,灵活运用现代教育手段与教育教学方法,强化创新创业指导与服务是高校创新创业教育首先要解决的问题。构建'以众创空间孵化基地建设为依托,创新创业教育案例教学为基础,专业深度融合教学为特色,创新创业项目设计教学为支撑的‘四位一体’的创新创业型人才培养模式'是提升大学生的创业意愿、培养创新精神、创新意识、创新能力、创新思维、建立创新创业的基本思想的有效途径和方法。

College graduates are energetic and creative groups in the whole society,who are the precious human resources of the country,and will become new forces for building a well-off society in an all-round way in the next one or two decades or even longer.But with the increasing numbers of college graduates year by year,college graduates are facing enormous employment pressure and challenges,and more and more college students are entering the ranks of independent entrepreneurship.Therefore,the primary problems to be solved in innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities include strengthening innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,innovativing teaching concept of education,integrating professional education deeply,highlighting professional characteristics,intensifying innovative entrepreneurship practice links,using modern educational means and teaching methods flexibly,and reinforcing innovative and entrepreneurship guidance and service.The construction of'four in one'training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which relies on the construction of Space Incubation Base of Zhongchuang,is based on the case teaching of innovative entrepreneurship education,is characterized by professional integration teaching,and is supported by innovative entrepreneurship project design teaching,is an effective way and method to enhance college students’entrepreneurship willingness,to cultivate their innovative spirit,consciousness,ability and thinking,and to establish their basic thought of innovation and entrepreneurship.
