摘要
提出用高温气相扩散法实现对透明铁电PLZT陶瓷的表面改性,并对PLZT-7/65/35陶瓷用箱法扩散进行了改性。测量结果表明:改性后紫外光光敏度提高了2个数量级,且对可见光敏感,具有较为平坦的光响应;由于不再采用高能离子注入技术,成本大大降低,方法也十分简单;为透明铁电PLZT陶瓷向实用化发展提供了一个良好的途径。
Vapour phase diffusion method on surface modification for PLZT ceramics was presented. The PLZT-7/65/35 ceramic was modified by box-type diffusion. Experimental results indicated that The surfacemodified PLZT has an increasing photosensitivity of two orders,and is sensitive to visible light and flat in light response. The method has lower cost and convenience. It is potential in practical development of transparent FE PLZT ceramics.
