摘要
从离子掺杂和工艺条件着手,较为系统地研究了影响MnZn铁氧体起始磁导率温度特性的因素。实验表明:适量的Ti^(4+)、Zr^(4+)、Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Al^(3+)离子和适当的烧结工艺、热处理条件能提高μ_i(T)的温度稳定性,使材料能在较宽的温度范围内具有较小的温度系数.
Various factors affecting the initial permeability of Mn-Zn ferrites substituted with some ions and sintered in different scheme have been investigated systematically. The experiments showed that it can improve temperature stability and reduce temperature coefficient of initial permeability in a wide temperature range that the samples are doped respectively in various concentrations of Ti^(4+), Zr^(4+), Cu^(2+), Ca^(2+) and Al^(3+) ions and prepared by certain sintering process and heat treatment.
