摘要
提供了一种化学镀镍硼合金途径。采用硼氢化钠为还原剂,乙二胺为络合剂,加入适量稳定剂,在铝基体上施镀两种含硼量的镀层。还研究了热处理对化学镀镍硼合金镀层的组织结构与性能的影响,并研究了硼与镍在整个镀层的分布。
An electroless Nickel-boron alloy plating solution using sodium borohydride as reducing agent,ethylendiamine as complexing agent and lead nitrate as stabilizing agent has been studied. Two compositions and operations for obtaining satisfied Ni-B deposits on aluminium alloy substrate were provided. The effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the electroless Ni-B alloy coating which has a close relationship with boron content was dealt. The distribution of Nickel-boron in the coating was discussed also.
