摘要
(La,Ce,Tb)PO_4发光的热稳定性较差,在材料中适当引入Li^+或BO_3^(3-)s后,室温下发光强度及发光的热稳定性都有了很大改善。Li^+或BO_3^(3-)的最佳掺入浓度分別为10.5mo1%及1.3mol%。通过测试激发及发射光谱的变化,分析了掺杂物在材料发光过程中的作用。最后测试了掺杂前后样品的光衰情况。
(La, Ce,Tb)PO_4 is an efficient phosphor for tri-color lamps, but its luminescence property is less stable at higher temperature. Its emission intensity at 200℃ is decreased to half of that at 20℃. Doping some Li^+ or BO_3^(3-) into (La, Ce, Tb) PO_4 can obviously improve its luminescence thermal stability and luminescence maintenance. The optimum amount of Li^+ or BO_3^(3+) doped is 10,5 and 1.3 mol% respectively.
