一种以GFP为报告基因的酿酒酵母表达载体构建的新方法

A Novel Method to Construct S. Cerecisiae Expression Vector with GFP as Report Gene

利用通用载体质粒融合系统UPS (univectorplasmid -fusionsystem)构建出了以GFP (绿色荧光蛋白 )为报告基因的酵母表达载体 ,经PCR、电泳、测序等手段证明了构建的准确性 。

S. cerecisiae expression vector was constructed by UPLS(univector plasmid-fusion system) with GFP as report gene. By the way of PCR, electrophoresis and sequence measurement and so on, the result showed accuracy of construction, and simultaneously, high efficiency and convenience of UPS were also testified.
