摘要
本文报导了以全氟羧酸阳离子交称膜为起始原料,通过化学转变,合成由四氟乙烯骨架和具有季铵基末端基侧链组成的全氟阴离子交换膜的过程。膜的转变先后经历了酯化,酞胺化、胺化等数步反应,最终合成了末端基为季铵基氯型的阴离子膜。各步反应的中间产物和最终产物由红外光谱和元素分析结果得到鉴定,并由元素分析结果计算各步反应的转化率,各步反应的中间产物及最终产物都具有良好热稳定性。
A route to synthesize Perfluorinated Anion--Exchange Membranes by chemicaltransformation is deseribed Starting from perfluoro carboxylic acid--type mebrane, thefunctional gruop was converted succesively to ester, amide, amine and finally toquaternary ammonium salt. The chemical structure of membrane in cach step was de-termined by I R spectra and the degree of functional group conversion was calculatedby elemental analysis. The film--forming final product also showed good thermal sta-bility.
