输卵管注药治疗56例输卵管疾病性不孕的体会

Experiences of Treating Infertility from Tubal Diseases by Tubal Medicine Injection

目的 :观察输卵管注药治疗输卵管疾病不孕的临床效果 .方法 :选择对象为妇科门诊 ,经子宫输卵管碘油造影或B超下用双氧水通水输卵管单侧或双侧阻塞不孕患者 5 6例 ,经抗生素、蛋白水解酶和肾上腺皮质激素三大类治疗分析 .结果 :5 6例不孕者 ,治疗后 4 0例妊娠 ,治愈率为 71 4 % .结论 :方法简便 ,不需特殊仪器 ,对粘连型。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of treating infertility with tubal diseases by tubal medicine injection. Methods: 56 patients of infertility of monolateral or bilateral obstruction were selected in the policlinic. They were treated by hysterosalpingography or injecting hydrogen peroxide solution into tubal under ultrasound. The patients were randomized into 3 groups and were treated separately by antibictic, proteolytic and adrenocorticoid. The effects were analyzed. Results: After treatment, 40 patients among them were pregnant. The curing rate was 71 4%. Conclusion: It is a simple and convenient method, has no need of special instrument and has better effects to infertility patients resulted from concretion type, constriction type, mixed type.
