铵盐添加剂对Rh催化高碳烯烃氢甲酰化反应的影响

Influences of Ammonium Salt Additives on Hydroformylation of Higher Olefins Catalyzed by Rhodium

采用高压反应釜研究了无机铵盐添加剂对Rh催化的高碳烯烃(C8、C12烯烃)氢甲酰化反应的影响。结果表明,钼酸铵、重铬酸铵、铬酸铵或钨酸铵的添加对提高产物醛的收率有促进作用,并且在蒸馏分离催化剂和产物的过程中可以减少Rh的损失。

The influence of inorganic ammonium salts on rhodium-catalyzed hydroformylation of higher olefins (C 8 and C 12 olefins) was investigated with an autoclave.Ammonium molybdate,ammonium dichromate,ammonium chromate and ammonium tungstate showed positive effects on the formation of aldehydes and reduced the loss of rhodium in the distillation process for the separation of the catalyst and products.
