摘要 研究了在H2SO4/MCM-41上,以稀硝酸(60%~70%)作硝化剂苯的气相硝化反应。实验结果表明,在苯与硝酸摩尔比为2 5、MCM-41上硫酸负载量(质量分数)为20%、反应温度150~160℃、空速3279h-1条件下,硝基苯产率大于99%。维持其它实验条件不变,提高空速到5700h-1时,硝基苯产率达到91 2%;连续反应240h,催化剂活性没有明显下降。 Vapor-phase nitration of benzene over solid acid catalyst MCM-41 loaded with 20% (mass fraction) H 2SO 4 using diluted nitric acid (60%~70%) as nitrating agent was investigated.Supported sulfuric acid catalyst exhibited a very high activity.At a reaction temperature of 150~160 ℃ and a space velocity (SV) of 3279 h -1 ,the yield of nitrobenzene(NB) based on HNO 3 was higher than 99%.High nitration activity of H 2SO 4/MCM-41 lasted for ten days.
