摘要
研究了组分为TiCl4/MgCl2-ZnCl2-SiO2/AlR3的Ziegler负载型催化剂的聚合活性,并分析了催化剂的基本组成。结果表明,淤浆聚合催化活性9 7~14kg/g,气相聚合催化活性6 9~14kg/g,聚合产物堆密度0 23~0 30g/cm3,20~200目颗粒质量分数为90%~95%。乙烯与1-丁烯共聚合催化活性大大提高,丁烯质量分数为10%时,催化活性高达26kg/g,共聚产物熔点、结晶度随1-丁烯含量增加而下降,而支化度则随之上升。
The Ziegler supported catalysts composed of TiCl 4/MgCl 2-ZnCl 2-SiO 2/AlR 3 for the ethylene gas-phase polymerization were investigated.Their constituent mass content of Ti,Mg,Zn,Cl,SiO 2 were 1 3%~1 8%,2 5%~4 0%,1 0%~2 5%,17%~28% and 54%~67% respectively.Catalytic efficiency reached a value of 6 9~14 kg/g under 106 7 kPa,and the produced polymer possessed excellent morphology.The bulk density and the 20~200 mesh particle weight percent of polymer were 0 23~0 30 g/cm 3 and 90%~95% respectively.Catalytic efficiency can be enhanced by adding SiCl 4 into the catalyst.The molecular weight could be regulated by using ZnCl 2 as support.In the case of ethylene-1-butylene copolymerization catalytic efficiency rose to 26 kg/g.As 1-butylene content in feed increased melting point and crystallinity of copolymer decreased due to increase in branching degree.Ziegler supported catalyst has a good prospect.
